Shelley is a seasoned and award-wining creative director. He learned his craft on New York’s Madison Avenue at large ad agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi. He has worked in every form of media, from television, radio, print ads, direct mail, the web and collateral material.His broad range of experience spans every major product category.

Throughout his distinguished career, Shelley has received every major design and creative award, including a Gold Lion from the Cannes Film Festival and numerous Clios. He also has been a member of the Creative Director’s Committee for the advertising industry’s governing body, the 4 A’s.

In 1997, he was recruited as the creative director of in-house marketing for World Savings and he relocated to their corporate headquarters in Oakland, California. He and Carol Dickinson opened Creativeworks in 2001.
